1. Acceptance
By accessing Tadvio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tadvio is a creative production platform with two main products:
- Studio — creative production: Brand Kit management, editing, AI-assisted generation and background expansion, and multi-size production from a generated master.
- AI Resizer — automated adaptation and recomposition of a finished creative into other sizes and ratios, with automated quality checks.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time, but we will not materially reduce functionality during a paid billing period without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Plans, credits & billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected interval.
- Monthly credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of the cycle.
- One-time top-up credits remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and carry across subscription renewals during that period.
- Plans advertised as offering "unlimited" brand kits or seats are provided subject to reasonable fair use. We may apply rate limits or contact you if usage patterns indicate abuse or automated resale.
- Applicable credit cost is shown in the product before generation or regeneration. Direct resizes that do not require AI adaptation are not charged.
- Credits are consumed when a generation is performed. If a generation fails for a technical or provider-side reason, the credits held for it are released back to your balance automatically.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day refund window on new purchases of unused credits.
- EU/UK consumers: By starting to use the Service (including generating any creative) during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for credits already consumed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tadvio to generate content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, depicts CSAM, impersonates real people without consent, or violates applicable advertising regulations.
6. Your content and rights
- You retain all rights to the brand assets and creatives you upload or generate. AI processing does not transfer ownership of your original creative to Tadvio.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transform, transmit to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, and return this content — solely as required to provide the Service you requested.
- You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions required to upload and process the images, logos, people, trademarks, product shots, and other assets you submit.
7. AI output
- AI-generated and AI-adapted outputs may contain errors, visual changes, text differences, or other unintended results, and may resemble outputs produced for other users.
- You must review and approve every output before publishing it or using it commercially.
- Tadvio does not guarantee that outputs comply with your brand rules, advertising-platform policies, intellectual-property requirements, or applicable law. That review remains your responsibility.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadvio's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
