At Tadvio we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for subscriptions and credit purchases made on tadvio.com (the "Service").
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any new subscription purchase or one-time credit top-up, provided that the credits associated with the purchase remain unused. Credits are considered used as soon as they are deducted to generate an ad creative, even if the resulting asset is later discarded.
2. Partially used purchases
If some of the credits have already been consumed, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused balance at our discretion. Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the per-credit price of the original purchase.
3. Subscription renewals
Recurring subscription renewals are not automatically eligible for refunds. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard to avoid future renewal charges. If a renewal was charged in error or you cancelled but were still billed, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@tadvio.com from the address associated with your Tadvio account and include your order ID or invoice number. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-refundable cases
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
