Tadvio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Tadvio (the "Service"), why we collect it, and how it's handled.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, profile picture, and authentication provider (e.g. Google).
- Workspace content: brand kits, uploaded base images and creatives, fonts, generated masters, output sizes, ad copy, and layouts.
- AI Resizer content: the finished creative you upload for adaptation, the derived output sizes, and technical metadata about each adaptation (dimensions, status, validation results).
- Usage data: credit balance, generation history, feature usage, IP address, browser type, and approximate region (for security and rate limiting).
- Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider — we never receive or store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Run the AI generation, expansion, and adaptation you request, and charge the correct credit amount.
- Authenticate sessions, apply rate limits, and prevent abuse of AI capacity.
- Send essential transactional messages (e.g. password resets, billing receipts, support replies).
We do not use your creative content to train our own AI models, and we do not sell personal data.
3. AI processing of creative content
To provide these AI features, Tadvio transmits the content necessary for the request to approved third-party AI service providers.
That content may include advertisements, images, logos, text and copy, product shots, images of people, campaign assets, and other brand assets contained in the file you submit.
- You keep ownership. Uploading content to Tadvio does not transfer any rights in it to us.
- Purpose limitation. We process and transmit content only as necessary to produce the output you asked for, plus automated quality and safety checks on the result.
- No training on your content. We do not use customer creative content to train Tadvio AI models.
- Provider terms apply. AI providers process the content under their own service and data-processing terms, which may include retention for abuse monitoring, safety review, and service operation. We do not claim that providers keep zero copies.
- Current configuration. Image generation and adaptation requests are sent to OpenAI's API, where request and response objects are stored on the provider side so long-running jobs can be retrieved and reconciled. Some analysis steps run through the Lovable AI Gateway to Google Gemini models. Both are operated as business/API services, not consumer chat products.
- Cross-border processing. AI providers and other subprocessors operate infrastructure in multiple jurisdictions, so this processing may occur outside your country of residence.
Tadvio's own retention is separate from provider-side retention. Deleting an asset removes it from active Tadvio storage, subject to applicable backup, security, legal, billing, and audit retention requirements; it does not by itself erase copies a provider may hold under its own terms.
4. Service providers and subprocessors
We share data only with providers required to run the Service — AI processing, hosting, database and file storage, image delivery, transactional email, and payment processing. Contact support@tadvio.com for the current list by category.
5. Data retention
- Workspace content (brand kits, Studio projects, generated masters) is kept while your account is active. You can delete items at any time.
- AI Resizer working files — the uploaded source, intermediate artifacts, and derived outputs of a resize session — are temporary. They expire on a short retention window (24 hours by default) and are removed by an automated cleanup sweep; download your outputs before they expire.
- Account deletion removes associated content from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal, tax, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
- Billing and audit records (transactions, credit ledger entries, security logs) are retained as required for accounting and abuse prevention.
- Provider-side retention is governed by the relevant provider's terms.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit and stored files are encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Files are scoped per workspace and access is enforced at the database level. Some AI features require the necessary creative content to be securely transmitted to approved third-party AI providers, as described above. See our Security page for details.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, and record your cookie choice. Tadvio does not load third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. If we later enable optional analytics, it will run only where you have accepted non-essential cookies in the consent banner.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@tadvio.com to exercise these rights.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app accordingly.
