Tadvio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Tadvio (the "Service"), why we collect it, and how it's handled.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email address, display name, profile picture, and authentication provider (e.g. Google).
Workspace content: brand kits, uploaded images, fonts, generated creatives, ad copy, and layouts.
Usage data: credit balance, generation history, feature usage, IP address, browser type, and approximate region (for security and rate limiting).
Billing data: processed by our payment partners — we never receive or store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
Generate AI creatives at your request and bill the correct credit amount.
Authenticate sessions and prevent abuse.
Send essential transactional messages (e.g. password resets, billing receipts).

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to run the Service: cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processors, error monitoring, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

We keep workspace content for as long as your account is active. You may delete brand kits and generated assets at any time. Account deletion removes all associated content within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@tadvio.com to exercise these rights.

6. International transfers

Our infrastructure is global. By using Tadvio you consent to processing in jurisdictions that may differ from your country of residence, under appropriate safeguards.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
